At a meeting held today, the NYK board of directors agreed on the below changes to its corporate officers from April 2018, and candidates to be nominated for director at the 131st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 2018.

1. Change effective April 1, 2018 (including a resignation on March 31, 2018).
