The Tokyo Terminal Office of NYK’s Yokohama Branch was recognized with a letter of appreciation from Tokyo Customs at its 2018 awards ceremony held on Customs Day at the Tokyo port on November 28.

The NYK Yokohama branch was praised for its cooperation with daily customs administration and for cooperating with Tokyo Customs for so long, and the Tokyo Terminal Office of this branch was recognized for contributing to operations within this bonded area together with NYK’s Tokyo Container Terminal. Tadashi Abe, general manager of the NYK Yokohama Branch, attended the awards ceremony and received the letter and a plaque.
