Container Shipping Division

ONE Container ships

Container ships transport various goods essential to our daily lives, such as food, everyday items, and electronics, by loading multiple sizes and types of marine containers that adhere to international standards. Marine containers facilitate easy loading of export goods and unloading of import goods. Additionally, the efficient transshipment between vessels and land transportation modes like trucks and trains at container terminals makes container shipping a crucial component of international trade.

In 2017, our company, along with "K" Line and MOL, integrated its container shipping businesses and jointly established a business operating company, Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (ONE), in Singapore, launching services in April 2018. Under a global organizational structure, ONE currently operates a fleet of over 200 vessels and has built an extensive network connecting more than 100 countries. This allows us to provide world-class, services that cater to a wide range of customer needs.

In the Terminal-Related Division, we operate container terminals domestically, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient operations. We are also advancing the introduction of cargo handling equipment designed to reduce emissions of air pollutants, including CO2. In addition to port cargo handling services, we provide various port-related services required for vessels' smooth entry and departure, such as ship agency services and tugboat operations.
