Effective April 1, 2025, the below organizational changes will occur at the Tokyo head office of NYK.

To demonstrate our commitment to evolving in pursuit of our desired vision* in response to diverse and complex sustainability challenges, the ESG Strategy Headquarters will be renamed the Sustainability & Transformation Headquarters.

To address cross-functional issues originating from the Management Planning Headquarters and to continually pursue operational efficiency and productivity improvement through DX and BPR across the headquarters, the Management Planning Co-ordination Group will be established.

To efficiently enhance technology development and deepen hardware procurement, we will transfer some operations from the Technical Group and establish the Engineering Development Group.

With the change of the headquarters' name to the Sustainability & Transformation Headquarters, the ESG Management Group will be renamed the Sustainability Group.
