What is the Aichi Biodiversity Corporate Certification System?
Aichi Prefecture formulated Aichi Biodiversity Strategy 2030 in February 2021, providing specific guidelines for various entities, including companies, universities, environmental conservation organizations, and government agencies, to promote biodiversity conservation and its sustainable use within the prefecture.
As part of this initiative, the Aichi Biodiversity Corporate Certification System was implemented starting in fiscal 2022 to certify companies implementing excellent biodiversity conservation efforts.
