On December 8, NYK was selected for the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI), the world's leading investment indexes for ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria, for a 21st straight year.

DJSI is a global and long-lasting index that comprehensively analyzes more than 13,000 major companies around the world from the aspects of the environment, society, and governance/economy.

This fiscal year, NYK was selected as a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index (DJSI Asia Pacific). This index includes 156 companies in the Asia Pacific region, of which 75 are Japanese companies.

Additionally, NYK was included in the FTSE4Good Index Series, as well as the FTSE Blossom Japan Index and FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, all of which are important indexes for investors who value corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
