At a meeting held today, the NYK board of directors agreed on the below changes to its corporate officers from April 2020, in addition to candidates to be nominated for director at the 133rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2020.
Also, after the end of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2020, the term “Executive Officer” will be used instead of “Corporate Officer,” subject to approval of a proposal to amend the Articles of Incorporation to be issued at the Meeting.
